Terms and conditions

Bookings and payment:

• Once a time slot for a reading has been booked, payment link will be sent via email. Full payment must be received within 12 hours of booking so that I can start preparing for your reading.

• Cancellations and changes can be made during the following hours: Monday-Sunday, 9am-7pm.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours: Eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: Subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
